Blog Lifeline indeed - there’s no blogging without randomness, stupidity & a picture from Google Images, stueynet, you know this. Damn it man, has all my hard work been in vain? Remember, while “nothing” in conversation takes up a only a few seconds, “nothing” on the internet can be 3 or 4 paragraphs long ( with a picture of a donkey or Paris Hilton ).
Anyways, what have I been playing? You know, I actually played the original Halo recently & by God if it isn’t better than Halo 2 & 3 - like a lot better. Damn this whole generation of consoles, they all suck the fucking bone. So much of the development budgets go into graphics ( or just figuring out the architecture of the system, SONY ) that gameplay never reaches the same level as the best last gen games. And then, of course, on the other hand you’ve got the Wii, the champion of the stupid & mediocre - way to undermine my point, assholes.
Soul Calibur IV is decent ( unfortunately more SC3 than SC2 ) & I’m more or less satisfied with my play at this point - still haven’t played this online, due to my fear of social interactions & being humiliated by sucking at things. Making the “dollies” is engrossing, in a weird way, but could be more robust. And I give up on the towers, life is too short for this nonsense.
I can’t remember if I mentioned Battlefield: Bad Company, I could check my posts but…nah. Anyways, it’s good fun & the graphics engine is impressive, too bad the health system is so intrusive - that should get patched.
Lastly, my PSP got some playtime, I finally picked up Loco Roco from 10 years ago &, well, hmn…I mean, I started off liking it but now I’m on world 4 & the fucking fat little retards are meant to bounce off of platforms that are swaying onto more platforms that are swaying & fuck me, if this is meant to be fun I need some fun lessons. I also Picked up Jeanne D’arc which is quite good & Wipeout Pure ( also from 10 or 20 years ago ) which is serviceable.
That’s about it geekfans, I’ll probably pick up Fable 2 & review it but who knows with me, it’s probably another empty promise. There’s always the possibility of more stueynet posts though, so hang in there.
