Hi everyone, here's another version:
v2.2:
* new layout engine that can place non-rotated and rotated stuff on one page:
+ [slipcases] pages with two slipcases one page now have three of them - two non-rotated, one rotated (that was the purpose of the change  )
+ [slipcases] pages with three rotated slipcases on one page now have two non-rotated and one rotated, which results in more vertical space (on the cost of horizontal space, which is still more plenty than the vertical space was before); this helps with printers that can't print borderless
+ [slipcases] variants with a reduced margin of 3mm (affects letter paper layouts) dropped, as it would have 4mm margin anyway
+ [slipcases] variants with a reduced margin of 5mm replaced by variant with 6mm margin
+ [tabs] pages with 6 tabs can now fit another rotated one
* pdfs are now uncompressed - the resulting .tar.xz is smaller that way (why? because xz compresses better than zip!)
* the list of number of pages for each pdf in the READMEs is now automatically inserted, which means it is actually correct (ehem!)
(here, [slipcases] includes also tabs for one-sided printing, as they're essentially slipcases with a width of 0.)
