Adapting Bloody Tarawa/Bocage rules to micro armor games

The Bloody Tarawa/Bocage rules were written for use with HO and 54mm sized miniatures, but many people have tons of micro armor and don't want or need to have each tank represent 5 taanks! This file allows people to easily use the BT/B rules with their micro armor armies!
