Jon Karis knows miniatures. He has been collecting 60mm figures for a decade and has a very large collection. He launched his Kickstarter campaign to create his own line and his campaign was a success, with over $16,000 in funding. Then, with less than five minutes left on his campaign, with his project well beyond his funding goal, he pulled the plug. He cancelled with 3 minutes to go.
Why would he do this? There is a powerful lesson to be learned and Jon shares it with us on this episode.

Call me Ishmael. This podcast is so big... - It needs an electric cart to ride around walmart.
- It made Texas self consciously put on a bigger belt-buckle.
- The members of Yes called it self-indulgent.
But it's jam-packed with quality, folks. In addition to Adam and Brian's usual inane, directionless musings on wargaming, we have: - an hour long interview with one of the best wargame designers ever, the talented Mr. Dean Essig. - an in-depth review of Stalingrad Pocket II by our good friend, Paul Franklin.
