I've uploaded this sheet which is basically a figure cost calculator. I've discussed and shown this with Hector131, as his work was my inspiration. With his inputs, this is the version I have published now.
Note that in general the points are similar to Hector's, with the exception of the Thick Armor tanks, where I intentionally have given a large premium on that ability. I have also included the optional "stationary turret" rule in the costing of the SP guns. Finally, if you want to apply the "open top" rule to halftracks and trucks, then you can just adjust their points as well.

I've included the option of purchasing reserves, having shared strategy decks in cases where both players have selected the same deck, having starting command points depending on how much points were used to purchase decks, and have tightened the wording for the ratio of officers, as well as calculations of VPs due to casualties. Finally, I've reduced the pointage allowed for fortifications, so as to avoid too much points spent on these as a form of VP points denial.

I've added some lines IN RED pertaining to buying an additional deck in large games, plus the suggestion for game length (which I forgot to put in the last time!)
I've been discussing with Hector regarding the buy point values. I believe he will update his files to contain the FotB expansion. I've modified these a bit for my own use in order to increase the pointage of tanks (using the basic sherman as the point of reference), so the german tanks get more expensive.

AIM OF THE GAME
Players in Hug Me all starts as humans. But life is hard in Evans City and during the game they can become Infected and later on Zombies.
If you are Human, you must escape the City Mall. To do so you must find the Fuel Tank first, then the Key (or the Spare Key) and take them to the Minivan.
If you are Infected, you must blow up the City Mall so that the Horde cannot spread outside. To do so you must find the Fuel Tank first than the Lighter and take them to the Boiler Room. If you are a Zombie you must hug all humans so that love wins over everything! Zombies win all together when there are no more humans in the game.
Zombie players must really hug Human players to validate the Hug, otherwise the contamination is void!

I took the ideas from "Niels", "Steerpike" and "nssxxx" and tried to melt them, so most of the credit goes to that 3 guys!
However I altered and tweaked the rules where I thought it is needed to and I think the outcome is quite useable!

More likely to be attacked by NPC

I made these as an aid for the HR player to make his 1st turn religious preference selection. I printed them on photo paper, cut them out and put all three in a card sleeve with an opaque back. The HR player chooses the one he wants and puts it on top. It then goes face down until he wants to reveal it.
