Release 9 is the official version for the RPG Geek adventure run on Jan 2nd-9th, 2011. It is preserved for all times with small warts and bugs. A cleaned up version will be coming which is probably the better version to play.

This tool may be used to manipulate Final Fantasy XII's pRNG, or pseudo-Random Number Generator. Essentially, players may use the cure spell to uniquely determine their position in the game's RNG string. Knowledge of this position then allows the player to pre-determine the outcome of any of the following (any percentage becomes guaranteed): Chest Spawning (use the tool to guarantee spawns before entering the zone) Chest Contents (guarantee rare items) The "Perfect Steal" (rare, uncommon, and common in one attempt). Rare Poach (normally 5%, but guaranteed with proper use of the tool) Monster Spawning (notably, the 1/256 spawn rate of the L99 Red Chocobo can be manipulated). This tool does NOT allow players to manipulate the game's drop mechanics, of which there are no known RNG-methods at the current time. Final note: users are advised to disable cell F9 before updating their att, lvl, and magic values. Otherwise excel tries to generate 60,000 new rows each time one of these is changed. Once those three values have been entered, restore F9 and proceed normally. Cure values may be updated on the fly with no problems.
