It's sad that there are ten microbadges for the Railroad Tycoon board game that came out in 2005, but none for this video game that came out in 1990.
As a big fan of this game, I would suggest that the badge be of one of the earlier trains available in the game, like The American, for which we do not have an image. It might be too complicated an image anyway.
Maybe the title from the title screen:
Failing that, there are the railway magnates on another screen. I suspect that the second guy's face from the left, 'Blackbeard' McRailtrack, would do nicely.
