Yes, FFG requested it be pulled down. That was shortly before they released their AH Toolkit app. Granted, the file didn't actually contain copyrighted images (as far as I can recall), but I didn't fight it because they released such a nice app. It really is redundant at this point.

I've got the main board finished. All the shields are clickable to keep track of hit points. I'm working on a second board for the dice rolling, but I've been waiting to see if some example XML gets posted. I've been waiting to post the files to see if the designer has any issues with it.

Why not just make some number tokens? When the player 'locks' a die, he can put a number token next to it, to show the face it is locked on. This would let the game be playable until you find the needed code.

I have released, well partly one game module for EveryGame, a port of Airborn in My Pocket, I am just waiting to make sure the original developers are OK with it being made.
This one I think I am going to need help with. I want to make a clone of Runebound for the EveryGame platform. So despite the huge amount of art this will require, there is also the matter of creating new cards for Adventures, Market, Characters and anything else we might need. I have found an interesting way to create the board at http://www.inkwellideas.com/roleplaying_tools/hexographer/fr...

So if anyone is interested let me know through here or you can email me
cymbiotica[dot]everygameapp[at]gmail[dot]com

I've been given permission by Andy Oakey to post my EveryGame module for Infection Express.

I used this game as a basis for learning how to program an EveryGame module, and it includes almost all of the functionality and features that I originally intended.

Usage:
Tap the "Roll All Dice" to roll all of the Infection and regular die.
Double-tap to roll an individual die.
The Role die can be rolled by double-tapping.
The Infection Cubes can be dragged from their holding area on the left. The remaining cubes are displayed beside each color.
Double-tap an Infection Cube to return it to its pile.
The White cubes are not used in the game itself, but are there to mark the current turn, role, and Special Event.
The red and green infected dice are used to mark the Infection Rate, Outbreaks, and Cures. The colors were used to help visibility on the board, and the color of each does not matter.

Will edit this post once the file has been added to the Infection Express file section.

Just wanted to give an update: I've been waiting for the file to be approved ever since I posted the original message two weeks ago. It's my first submission here on BGG, so didn't expect it to take so long. Hopefully it'll be posted soon, and then I will add the file link to this posting.

In the time since then, I've already finished my 2nd module, which was many magnitudes more complex that Infection Express. It's been fun learning to program for EveryGame, I'm just hoping in the future it will get released again with direct import ability, so that more people can start to develop for this app.

I'm very interested in having an iPad version of Imperial 2030. If that's not coming soon, I would be interested, to some degree, in having an EveryGame for iPad version which I could use as a tool for creating PBF (play by forum) games.

I'm also not clear on what it takes to make an EveryGame version other than just a crapload of images. Am I basically correct in that assumption?

Hi Gabe,

Yes, in my experience, the hardest thing about making a game for EveryGame is typically the generation of a large number of images. Something like checkers isn't so bad, but a deck of cards is a bit tedius.

You also need to create an XML file, that lists where on the board the spaces are. This can be very simple for a game where you just move around pieces, but gets more complicated if you want dice-rolling buttons or other more complex behaviors. Of course, we're always happy to help work throughh problems here if they come up, and people trying for complicated interactions have driven many new features.

Anyway, if you want a version of Imperial 2030, you should make it! Or find a couple of other like-minded individuals and make it together. Right now, since we're still actively developing the app, we don't have time to take game requests ourselves, but like I said, are happy to help with any issues that arise if you do.

The play-by-forum is an idea we've considered. I can't claim that it's imminent, but we've tried to code things so that such a feature could be added in the future.

-Nathaniel (EveryGame dev)

Has anyone ever considered an Up Front iPad version? I know that its an older game, but its still one of the most popular games on the entire site and it has been out of production for almost 20 years.

There is a Vassel module, however if you really want to enhance the game there is a 2011 card variant discussed [thread= http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/458796/up-front-redesign...][/thread] and page 9 has additional terrain cards which cover the expansions.
