From the thumbnail, this looked like some kind of crazy Carcassonne hopscotch board, drawn in chalk. But this is pretty cool, too! Is this from the Big Box edition?

I always thought 'meeple' came from men+people. Looks a lot of fun. You probably should use lots of farmers, to stop the tiles blowing away.
