Hi guys,
I'm sure I read on BGG that there's a gaming group in London who meet either every Sunday or one Sunday/month, 1pm-11pm, who play American-style games (in particular, Arkham Horror caught my eye). Now that I actually feel like I would like to come along, I can't find them any more! Are you out there?
If not, I'd be interested in hearing about any other game groups out there in London (I live in Highbury/Arsenal) I could come along to; mostly at weekends and it doesn't have to be just Ameri-games - I like Euros too.
Hope to hear from someone!
Chris.

Take a look at the http://www.boardgamegeek.com/wiki/page/UK_faq, which mentions several Sunday meetings in London. I don't know where they stand on the Ameri/Euro debate. Also, though not mentioned in the FAQ as yet, there are the G3 Days held on the second Saturday of the month at The Duke of York, 35 New Cavendish Street, W1.

Hi
Have a look at http://www.bushbash.net/ - We play a lot of Dreamblade and MechWarrior although more classic board games get played, such as Antike and Power Grid. Drop an e-mail to Rob via the BB webpage and ask him. We also play Pitch Car!!!

Hi. Unfortunately I can't muster a gaming group. Just a gamer with quite a few 2-player games
. Well and occasionally I have a friend or 4 drop by. I live in South Ealing and you're welcome to geekmail me if you are interested in arranging a game some weekend or other.

Sounds like you're looking for GameForce. More info can be found here:

I don't tend to be able to get along that often due to clashing commitments, but it's a good group with regular attendance of 50 or so.
Hope that helps!

We're listed in the FAQ as well, but London on Board meets one Sunday a month at the moment, and alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I haven't heard the Ameri/Euro debate there, but that's mostly because people come to play games, not to bicker about trivialities like that.
