Of course, it changes the reality of the image, instead of just resizing it ... As if we don't have enough problems with faked images in news reports!

This brings UP something of which I'd like to point out, as if this weren't already blatantly obvious to many. These "iPhones" or whatever, with their tiny, minute viewing areas. WTF? How the HELLO can you look at anything on those and even begin to determine just what that is supposed to be? The same with those DVD players in vehicles, of which look to be as if you're viewing a "Drive-In" from blocks away with those! I've noticed on the commercials for these, that they depict what has to be the "viewing screen" at around 5 to 10 times the actual 'one' would BE , if you held this within your hand. oh well, there's a "sucker born every nano-second" I surmise, and I'd sure like to gain their attentions for anything!

Cottingly Fairies Well, it's the best place to get porn. I'm depressed. I feel like I just discovered all my fantasies are.... uhhh... fantasies.

This is what I want to know: At the end, why does Saddam's execution come up as "related content"? How is that related at all? Or are they implying something? Hmmm. Mike

Am I missing the point? Is that actually new on Windows/Mac? Because I've been able to do that on my Linux box for, like, 34 years...(But seriously, holy crap that is awesome. It's only a matter of time before it's built into browsers. Very cool.)

Amazing stuff. But why do I have that nagging feeling that a few 404s and some image mishaps are gathering in BGG's future?

Along the same lines (but different), here is an interesting story on some new automatic picture cleaning. Basically it searches flickr for similar photos then does composite work to make the photos better. Still in the research phase, but you know that in a couple of years it will be live. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20646146/
