Not enough games for you until Mario Galaxy Comes out? Yesterday Capcom released in the US Zack and Wiki:Quest for Barbaros' Treasure, a pretty good game that isn't getting any mainstream attention at all.
This badly named game is a collection of puzzle-like levels, not unlike those you'll find in a dungeon in Zelda, or in an old point and click adventure game. It has a strange humor and cartoon-like graphics. Tie those to a late October release date with almost nil marketing, and you get a pretty good game that is getting good reviews but will probably end up following Beyond Good and Evil and Psychonauts in the list of great games that didn't sell much at all.
I've not been able to go more than a couple of hours into it, since it's sharing game time with Phoenix Wright 3, but so far it's been pretty good. As an added bonus, since it's a thinking man's game, it's fun for other people to watch and offer suggestions as you play, so Deitass and I can help each other when stuck.
How can you say no to a game starring an anime style kid that is member of the fearsome Bunny Pirates and is followed around by a golden monkey?

Good! I thought I was the only one to get this game. So far the game is fantastic.

Been getting favorable reviews everywhere I've looked. Probably my next Wii purchase.

That is a bizarre name -- so bizarre, in fact, I probably wouldn't have even given it a look in the store. If it's really that good, though, I'll have to look into it as a possible purchase.

You had me here, but if that hadn't been enough,

Thanks for the tip, Jorge. I haven't heard of this and it looks like fun. One question for you: has it got replay value or will you be done with it once you've figured out the puzzles?

IGN give it a 9, which is very high for a gae. I think they do't give out 9's often. And I think other reviews are very favorable for this game. The title and cover is terrible and I probably wouldn't think of buying without the reviews. Now I am considering. Oh the monkey looks cute too.
I am still thinking if I should get Bleach for Wii. Looks cool though.

There is an indepth review on IGN.com if you are interested. Accodring to them reply value is pretty high because there are more than 1 way of solving puzzle (it's good because if it's only 1 way it will get frustrating), and you can always try to solve the puzzle with higher score and better time.

Yep, I'm getting this next. Been looking at it for a long time, thanks to the guys at wii.ign.com.
Mary,
There are multiple ways to solve some puzzles, and you get scores based on how many hints you use and how many times you die. That may be enough to encourage you to replay the puzzles, but I doubt it.
That being said, it's supposed to take over 15 hours to complete the game.
Another bonus is that at $39.99, it's $10 cheaper than the average Wii game. It's a must buy as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately, that means I really want this one!
My video game budget is now totally shot to hell since I'm also really crazy to get Ratchet & Clank Future, Drake's Fortune, and Assassin's Creed for the PS3, all due out in the next month.

You may want to scratch that one off your list. I've heard bad things online and in EGM about the controls and repetitiveness of the game world on that one. These were all previews of a near final version.

Really? That's disappointing. I haven't heard anything about it except the preview at E3. I liked that you could approach situations in more than one way--hack and slash or secretively.

There's more than one solution to some the early puzzles that I've seen: for example
Spoiler (mouseover to reveal): You can use a work to reel in a giant fish with some difficulty, or, f you are fast, use a bomb and make him explode!
But I'm not sure if that'll be enough for most people to want to replay the game or not. Different people have different ideas of what replayable really is.
As far as Ratchet and Clank goes... is the complete game better than the demo? The demo seemed like more of the same to me.

Zack and Wiki definately looks cool. Very involved puzzles. It's on my wish list...
The game that I am excited about is Medal of Honor - Heroes 2. A good FPS for the Wii and 32 player online to boot!
That's gonna be fun.
