The biggest problem I have with the xbox version is that there is to much stuff on the screen to clearly see things. Because of that its hard to see the farms.

One other thing I don't like about the xbox version is that it shows you the only spots where the tile will fit. That has made me lazy and less sharp in my game.

I've found just the opposite - the quick games have let me practice tile placement and tactics many more times than the actual boardgame ( setup, drawing, waiting for the other player, scoring, etc. ) could allow.
