Wow guys. This is amazing. I am glad that everyone has joined and it has been only one day. Thanks so much for thinking this is a good idea. Let me know if you guys want anything tutorialized (yes that is now a verb). Here are some topics I hope to cover in the future:

Basically what I plan on doing is doing a tutorial online, but actually explaining everything and the reasoning behind certain stuff in Photoshop. Many tutorials you how to do something, but don't followup with WHY. That is the big thing. I hope you guys want to LEARN photoshop and not just DO photoshop. Have a great holiday guys and I hope to get a video up soon.
Again, I will run out of ideas eventually, so please be sure to let me know if you want anything to become a tut.

I know Photoshop pretty well already, so I'm kinda here to do rather than learn. Mind you I know enough about Photoshop to know there is an awful lot I don't know. There may even be things that I'm across that others are not so may be able to help answer some questions.
I also have some experience with Illustrator which may come in handy.
I'm mainly here to check out other people's work and to be a part of a creative environment.

Dude, i just checked out your very cool blog [linked from the Guild main page, go and check it out. It is the business]. Impressive. I shall therefore sit quietly in my corner for a bit and take notes. Tutorials are a bit beyond me for now.
There should be some stuff in the guild Gallery I think. Can we just post willy-nilly or should there be some kind of quality control... doyareckon?

Great idea for a guild! I'm a fair (not great) hand with GIMP, and my main interest is more in actual photo manipulation: how to improve photos by adjusting levels and white balance, selective editing (dodge/burn), sharpening, un-distorting, etc. If you need anything for the non-Photoshop-using crowd, I'd be happy to contribute.
