This is not a 'bug'. If you have already been working with an admin on a submission, just geekmail the admin directly and ask about the status rather than creating a thread about it.
You are likely to get a faster response that way, instead of just hoping that the admin in question sees this thread.

It appears the submission was sent back to you with a Revision Request on 8/20/2010, and has not yet been revised by you?
I don't have the Geekmails anymore, but I remember ZZ was questioning why I did not submit two versions of the game, one DOS and one Mac. The reason is because both versions are on the same CD, which I told her. She replied, OK, that she would take care of it.
As an aside, there have been a couple of other similar games with 2 versions on the same CD which I submitted and which were approved with no problem.
So I don't know what the problem is with Stalingrad, nor am I sure what the VGG policy is regarding games that have more than one operating system on the same CD and that are sold as a single game.

OK, I've corrected all my previous submissions that were listed as having two platforms. I've submitted the Mac versions as separate releases and corrected the original listing as DOS or WinX only, as the case may be. All pending approval of course.
I happen to think doing this is not a good idea because it gives the impression that there are two seperate titles when there's really only one. There really aren't two separate releases in these cases.
It also becomes inconsistent when it comes to titles that might have a DOS and Windows install on the same CD, as most people will not list those as separate releases.
Errr, not clear what you're saying here. As I mentioned, if a single boxed release supports multiple platforms (e.g. DOS + Windows) the single release should list all the relevant platforms (i.e. have both DOS and Windows listed as the platforms in that release) - it shouldn't be entered as 2 separate releases.

Then you better hurry up and disapprove everything I just did.
I'll help you out. Here are the titles which I divided into separate releases, because thats what I thought you wanted me to do:
Oh, and then of course there's also Stalingrad, which is still in the queue. You can fix it yourself if you feel like it, or you can bounce it back to me yet again so I can change it back to the way I had originally submitted it, before the person whose name shall henceforth remain unspoken questioned my submission.

Ah, okay. Sorry about the confusion there. I'll try and find them in the queue...

These kinds of questions are pretty standard. We get a lot of submissions coming in listing more than one platform in a release and we just need to check that this is in fact correct and not a misunderstanding of how the system should work. Don't take anything personal from it.

People can always (and are probably encouraged) to put in notes to the admin when submitting. For example "single CD contains both Mac and PC versions" in this case. Anything that is at all non standard or in the slightest unusual probably ought to be added. It makes the admins job easier and your submission gets approved quicker.
I have the same thing with Zoo Tycoon, Dinosaur digs, It was the first one I put in and I had to revise it, so I did and since then it is sitting in the queue

Steel Beasts Professional (Personal Edition) appears to be pending in purgatory. I submitted it a while ago (at least a month ago) and there was a question about the year it was published, which I subsequently researched and obtained. Its sister game, Steel Beasts, had the same issue (publication year), but was quickly approved after I submitted the info.

FYI, it looks like a revision request was sent for it, but it hasn't been resubmitted to the pending queue again since then.

OK, I've got 4 more items that have been in the queue for some time, probably at least a month. I don't think I've ever been contacted about any of these and if I have I no longer have the geekmails. Maybe someone can take a look at these and see what's up.
