It's fun, it's healthy, it's good exercise. The kids will just love it. And we put a little sand inside to make the experience more pleasant.
You know, they say there was a man who jumped from the forty-FIFTH floor? But that's another story...

.... umm.... yeah....
I hope this isn't real... but I would believe that some would try to take someone up on it.

Who would leave their pets with atheists? We will eat them.

... the same people who would believe that the Rapture is coming in 10 days?

I think the contract they have is $135 USD will cover 1 pet to be rescued if the rapture happens in the next 10 years. But then they are in the tenuous position of having to trust an atheist. And I think it would be kind of rude to ask your "believer but sinner" friends to watch your pets.

There's lots of religious folks that won't be "raptured." Like anyone that's not Christian. Or the wrong "flavor" of Christian. Or who hasn't achieved a sufficient degree of grace/righteousness. Or RSP posters.
But since this is an insurance policy, I'd like to know how they plan to seek a remedy if the folks issuing the policies fail to deliver on the contract.

I swear to God, I've read this five times and I still haven't a clue what this means.
inorite? Earnest e-mail? From who? To who? How's this relate to a scam?
I'm going to assume inorite is some Nigerian code word for "wire transfer" and you're giving Dar advice...

Actually, I figured that out after I hit submit, but since my post is making at least as much fun of my comprehension skills as anything else, I figured I'd leave it up.

They pay you a little more money and you undertake to sue the arses off the original insurers if they don't meet their contractual obligations.

Yeah but it demonstrates that I have a negligible amount of empathy for his statement since I am too lazy to type out the entire phrase. I really don't want to get into the rapture insurance business.

I wonder what group would they consider rapture-proof but yet trustworthy. Jainists?
