I finally unlocked the 2 additions to v0.21.

Boss Hive: By unlocking the first 3 class/races (Gorgon, Half-Dragon, and Vampire), you gain access to the Boss Hive. It has the usual assorted of monsters, but each one has boss stats and properties. Bandits, previously easy picking because of their low health, now have first strike to inflict poison and mana burn. All gorgons kill you if you melee with less than full health. Goats have absurdly high damage and magical resistance. It is quite a challenge. I have to go in with a full money bag and get lucky with glyphs, items, and exploring to beat it.

Changling: Once you beat the Boss Hive with 4 different classes, you unlock the last class/rice: Changling. This race adopts some of the properties of the monster it last hit. Want to poison a monster? Hit a serpent (hopefully not getting poisoned in return) and acquire a poison attack. Want first strike? Hit a goblin. When you convert glyphs, you polymorph the nearest monster. It is hard to use race effectively, as you have to not kill particular monsters to save them for later, but it is different.
