It's referring to the underlying xml code used for creating the game modules.

Specifically, when a board is declared that uses edge "0",(board edge="0") in either a new or existing module, the boards have the incorrect initial offset. The result is that when the board is supposed to be invisible, it is displayed on the main screen instead of having an offset that places it off-screen. This is only occuring for this one edge, and not any of the other 3.
