The card read: "I demande you return two cards from your score pile whose values each match at least one card in my hand!
What does it mean?
Does it mean that if my opponent play that card and he has a Age 3 card in his hand but I do not have a card of age 3 in my score pile, I have to return two cards of Age 4 or age 5 or age 6... (higher than age 3) that I have in my score pile?
Or does it mean I don't return any cards unless one of the cards in my score match exactly the age of the cards in his hand?

You have to exactly match. The only time that values go up like that is when drawing from supply piles.
