Hi fellow geeks, maybe you could help mу with Skyrim bug (husband's playing): is there any way to discard a quest or to move it one stage back? the thing is his character suddenly started dying of every "gust of wind" so to say after he took this quest. (the one with reviving the tree). Thanks.

If you are playing on PC, then you can use console commands to adjust progress in quests using the GetStage or SetStage commands.

You will need the quest id and stage id numbers for the quest you are attempting to modify, but a quick Google search using the name of the quest should help.
If you are on PS3 or 360 then going back to an earlier save is the only solution I can think of unfortunately.
