I had an odd 3-p game end today, primarily due to a successful triggering of Fission...
After everything had been wiped out, someone played a card (don't remember which) that had the net result of "the player with the most leaves wins" - but none of us had any leaves on our boards?
Would this be a 3-way tie, or does the game continue (under the justification "no one has the most leaves").
Also, what happens if the game ends by running out of 10's, and there are two or more players tied with the same # of points?

Nope, only if one player has a unique lead. It says the *single* player with the most.
