How does the chapel work? This is the only Feature Card that has one arrow and not the => sign.

Thanks

The thinner arrow means "discard to receive", in this case , "discard a card to receive a Victory Point".

Yes. Since you don't need workers to do the discard, you can do this up to three times during the game(or even during round in this case) since VP token limit on a card is three VP tokens. Once you have done this three times and you have three 1 VP tokens on the card, you cannot use the ability anymore at any point the rest of the game.

after you have yielded the 3 tokens (rule of 3!) you should redevelop it since its useless and you can score points for doing so. Tokens on this card would then go to your base card, which has no token limit.

This is the way you want to approach incorporated locations like this in 51st/new era.

You know how about we turn it to a feature card, by changing the arrow sign the card will say "Whenever you draw a card, get 1 VP." no?

If its ability is actually to discard, it feels a little off with its spoils and agreements that lets you draw.. Just saying

Or better yet do not change anything, make it a "Draw a card -> Get 1 VP" but with house rule that you can't activate it more than once a turn.

Just my.. 3 cents?
