Nice explanation. Yet another game that awaits more playing time. I agree completely with your comment regarding a comparison to Fluxx. This is a much deeper and complex game. The expansion sits in my wish list.

Thank you for the review. And congratulations on the new "Drive Thru" microbadge.cool

Thanks!

I've played this game around 15 times, and I'm not sure my brain can handle including the expansion just yet, lol.

Very nice explanation of the game. I've watched a few videos of this game and (other than being confused) this game didn't appeal to me. After watching your video I think I understand the mechanics and gameplay better but...hmmmm...still doesn't appeal to me.

Seems like a very cerebral exercise. So much to keep track of as well as deciding which of many strategies to use. Is this what it is or have I the wrong perception?

Kudos to you for the easy to understand video. Quite a task. thumbsup

A game on my radar from Cambridge Games Factory is Barons by Thomas Colthurst. Have you played it?

I'd love to see you review it.

Thank you very much, I was very interested in this game but was scared off because of all the symbols. I was also scared off of this game by Race for the Galaxy and that complexity. Now I can't wait to get it.

Great Review Joel.

I also bought Glory to Rome after getting into Innovation. I'm a huge fan of the base game. Still getting used to the expansion (foreshadowing is a little odd IMO), but love it too.

GOSU is a fun game at which I'm absolutely horrible. I'd be more than willing to play either one with you after we're done in the GG booth.

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate feedback like this anytime!

Unfortunately, I did not care for Barons.

You bet Eric. I plan to spend the other half of my time in the Pick-up and Play room. I'll be bringing all three of those with me, as well some other goodies

Like you, I bought Glory to Rome after multiple plays of Innovation. Probably my favorite game. Not a fan of expansions in general, so I am going to pass on Innovation: Echoes of the Past although it is very tempting.

This game deserves to get a lot of attention. Very unique.

I meant to watch this before I played but thanks anyway, we ended up trying it and loved it, I think THIS is the card game that might be fun for us (no big fans of SJ / RftG etc), thanks for a great video anyway!

Thanks for the excellent video! I got this game based on your review. No regrets here. A solid game and, I think, under-rated.

BATTLES! Great music taste, sir! And great review. For whatever reason, your rules demonstrations stick with me the most out of any video review on BGG. The way you go about explaining is very approachable and you don't speak in sentence fragments broken up with "uuuuuuuuuum" and "aaaaaaaaaah" like a lot of video uploaders on BGG.

GG for recognizing the music! I figured no one would know it. I've been exposed!

Awesome band

Thanks for the feedback! Very much appreciated!
