Andreas Draconis is an imperial publican, brother to Caelia, Matthias, Sibylla and owner of the Drunken Dragon Inn. ‘Andy’ as his mother Perennia Draconis calls him claims he has always been interested in 'beer and brewing' and that "opening the inn was the happiest day of his life."

His mother loves him dearly and wanted to give him a gift but couldn’t in her old age, so she hired someone to purchase and deliver gifts for her but she’s unknowingly hired a member of the Dark Brotherhood and someone wants the entire Draconis family dead.
