Title : The title for your GeekExchange
Description and Rules : Use this section to provide general information.
Registration Deadline : The last date that users can sign-up
Private? : Checking this box will make the exchange invite only. The manager for the exchange must provide invitation codes to users who want to participate.
Local? : Checking this box means the exchange will be done locally. Shipping addresses will not be collected.
Allow shipping restrictions? : Checking this box will allow participants to restrict who they receive as targets to specific countries of their choosing. Leaving this box unchecked means all participants are expected to be willing to ship anywhere.

Options for GeekExchange Managers

Close Exchange : Close open registration
Retire Exchange : End the exchange
Edit Exchange : Edit the exchange details
Delete Exchange : Delete the exchange
Send Bulk Mail : Send a geekmail to all users signed up for the exchange
User List : A summary list of all users in the exchange, including shipping info and target
Give Only List : List of users signed up to the exchange as Give Only

Joining a GeekExchange

Give Only : Checking this box means you will not receive a gift. You will only be giving a gift. GeekExchange Managers use the Give Only list as a way to reassign new people to give to participants whose original gift giver had dropped out after targets were assigned.
Special Checking this box will notify your gift giver that you have special instructions
Comments/Special Instructions : Special instructions or comments for your gift giver
Shipping : Specify which countries you are willing to ship to. This restricts who you can receive as a target.
