Edit QuickBar Dialog
Click on the word QuickBar itself to edit the entire active QuickPage (10 QuickItems). The Edit QuickBar Dialog will be opened. The image below shows how the Edit QuickBar Dialog appears.
The left coulmn is for you terse label, and the right hand column contains the web address associated with that label.
The Save button saves your edits into your QuickBar.

In the help pages the term QuickBar means the whole feature on the toolbar, QuickPage means one of the 10 sets of QuickItems. With these definitions this dialog would be better named Edit QuickPage since you're only editing one of the ten QuickPages.
