Help for the "GeekListBrowser"
On the Geek tool bar, choosing one of the three options below on the menu bar opens the GeekListBrowser.
- Geeklists/Hot - Which opens this browser with sort option Hot with a default period of 48 hours.
- GeekLists/Recent - Eqivalent to sort option Recent in GeekListBrowser.
- GeekLists/Active - Equivalent to sort option Active in the GeekList Browser.
In all three of he options the table columns are the same. It is the row contents that vary.
Sort Options
Once open, the GeekList browser itself can initiate data retrieval from the Geek database. In that sense the geekListBrowser runs independent of the Geek toolbar. A new retrieval of Geeklists can be preformed by clicking on one of the following options:
- Hot - Equivalent to menu action "GeekLists/Hot"
- After selecting a "Hot" sort, you can then choose a different time selection filter. Simply use the drop down box to choose from: (1)Today, (2)Last 48 Hours, (3)Last 7 Days, (4)Last 30 Days, (5)This Month, (6)Last Month, (7)This Year, or (8)All Time. You must click the "Go" buttom to do a new "Hot" retrieval for the time period selected,
- Recent - Equivalent to menu action "GeekLists/Recent".
- Active - Equivalent to menu action "GeekLists/Active".
Paging through list
On the upper right, above the table, are page indices so that you can click through the list.
