Earn Fate Points
This is why Aspects should be two-edged. If the GM compels you according to one of your aspects in a situation where you rather would not, you get an FP. This can happen automatically when you decide to act according to an aspect you have even if it is not the best decision in that moment. You may even tell the GM, that what you just did might be worth an compel FP...
Mental Attacks
Roll 4dF + Discipline vs. strength of the attack. If you beat the difficulty, there is no ill effect. If the result is lower you suffer mental stress equal to the difference. Suffering stress means to cross of the box (and only this box) equal to the value of the stress. So if you suffer 2 stress you only cross of the second box (not the first!). If the second box is already crossed off, you cross of the next higher box. If there is no next higher box you can either take a consequence which will reduce the stress just suffered, but which also will give the GM another bad aspect he can tag.
