Welcome! This is a guild where we discuss past and present Kickstarter campaigns in the games category, particularly tabletop games (which includes board games, card games, war games, miniatures games, and related accessories).

With a twist.

The discussions are not really about the merits of the games, since there are already forums for that.

The focus here is more on games where WE THINK if you bought an extra copy (or two or three, if the project lets you), it is likely that you could sell the "rewards" upon receiving them and make a nice profit over what you invested in the first place.

(((Scalpers intentionally buy items that have a LIMITED supply, with the intent to resell later for profit (like concert tickets or limited edition War of the Ring expansions). Kickstarter campaigns are not limited supply (though some pledge levels are, so if you were lucky enough to get in at a limited pledge level, mention it at your own risk), so there is no harm to anybody at all if a gamer buys an extra copy or two of a project with the intent to resell it and put some extra cash in his pocket.)))
