Damn puzzle I can't solve (Japanese Wii U release)

On the Wii U, the Gamepad displays the area map.

4	These large teleportation gates will allow you to fast travel around the ship. (Windows)

3	Your left hand mouse button will allow you to swap between existing clones. (Windows)

4	The red light with kill your swapper beam. You cannot swap in or through red lights. (Windows)

3	Here is a puzzle. Collect the orb to complete it. There are 124 orbs in the game. (Windows)

3	This is a map of the ship showing the large teleport devices allowing quick transport around the ship. This will also show the location of orbs, memory devices and large rocks. (Windows)

4	There are a few ways to destroy clones: 1) have them fall from a height, 2) touch them, 3) run them through the bright white light as is done here. (Windows)

4	The right-hand mouse button will allow you to make a clone of your self. You can have up to four clones active at any one time. Strategic placement of clones is what allows you to solve the puzzles. However, you can't make a clone in blue light. (Windows)
