1	Trinkets are a new item in Wrath of the Lamb. You can see in the Upper Left corner I have the Bloody Penny, which gives a good chance to spawn a heart on picking up a penny. Combined with the IV Bag item which trades one half heart for two pennies, and

5	One of the new items in Wrath of the Lamb is the d20, which can be used to re-roll any key, chest, heart, card, or chest. Even opened chests! This can be abused to generate infinite items... and eventually crash the game! Oops.
